The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are great. The location is excellent, as it is very near to the MRT and right next to a subway station. it is conveniently located in a shopping mall, making it easy to access various shops and amenities. The breakfast provided in the room was delicious and worth every penny.

the location advantage of being close to the metro was convenient for us to explore the city. the room itself had exclusive amenities and was spacious, feeling like our own private suite. We were impressed with the bar and lounge area, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring.
The only minor issue we encountered was slow service at the restaurant. the mouthwatering food and exclusive private facilities made up for it.
